My X50 network constantly has problems with wifi connectivity, already tried everything but it recurring fails. I tried reboots, network changes and so on and nothing seems to improve the situation.

 

Any ideas what could be the issue?

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

The latest firmware for Deco X50_V1 is 1.7.1 Build 25080612. Please try to manually update to the latest firmware via the web admin UI first.

Please also disable "EasyMesh" and "DOH/DOT" on the Deco APP.

 

If the issue continues with 1.7.1, could you please help me check the following details:

  • Some screenshots of the network map on the Deco APP.
  • Can I have the model number of the mobile devices that frequently drop out?
