Please help me!
Some iPhones with latest OS update are experiencing "No internet connection" when connecting using the Portal while using WiFi with password, they have internet connection. Could it be that there are bugs in the latest firmware update? Before, there was no problem with the portal.

I don't think it's a bug.

 

Please try to delete the portal config and re-configure it.

 

If it can't help, please let us know the following info:

1. What SDN devices you are using? Please share a screenshot of the device page;

2. What did you update? What's the firmware version before update?

3. Does this happen on all IOS devices?

4. Does this happen only on IOS devices? others are unaffected?

5. some screenshots of the portal config page;

6. some screenshots on the phone, displaying the error message.
