BE800 not advertising WiFi 6E (802.11ax) (Firmware 1.3.1)
Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20250724 rel.34636(4555)
Pretty simple problem description really
1. If I keep my 6Ghz band to “802.11ax/be mixed”, my WiFi 7 devices can detect and connect to the SSID but my WiFi 6E devices cannot see it.
 2. If I keep my 6Ghz band to “802.11ax only”, neither my WiFi 7 devices nor my WiFi 6E devices can see the SSID
It’s as if WiFi 6E (802.11ax) does not exist. I tried factory reset and setting up from scratch.

Hello @mokurai82 ,
Welcome to our community.
Before you updated the firmware to 1.3.1, could the WiFi 7 devices and WiFi 6E devices access the 6Ghz normally?
If your router's region version is the EU version, please check if there is a new firmware.
Additionally, what are the models and operating systems used by your clients? Have you checked the security settings on these devices?

Just to clarify. What I meant is that MLO works when set to 802.11ax/be mixed. However, the 6Ghz no longer works in any capacity.

Ok now I can no longer connect to MLO as well.

I've done some more testing, and it works ok when set to 80Mhz channel width only. I am in Poland and there are a lot of airplanes flying, so maybe that is why?
160hz and 320hz do not work at all.

 Hi Joseph,

I think I first updated the firmware to 1.3.1, and it worked for a while and then gradually got worse and worse with the 6Ghz band in particular.

There are military exercises in Poland and I think there might be additional interference, which is why only the narrowest 80Mhz channel width works.

I will try to broaden the channel width in a week or so and will let you know if the issue subsided.

 Thank you for your help.

 Kind Regards
