Keep local connectivity possible while ISP is down
When the ISP was down, my wireless laptop couldn't connect to local cabled systems.
Maybe the DHCP service didn't work? I don't know the root cause why I couldn't connect to the local network.
Can you confirm this behavior is as expected, and/or can I request a feature to keep the local network running with a working DHCP service?
Or do I need to configure fixed IP's on my devices I like to keep connected, even when the ISP is down?
