Model: ER707-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

I have created some port forwards to some of my windows server, and every day I got a number of attempts to hack my server.

Is it possible to create a blocklist on the router, and block those specific ip's from accessing my network?

  @rifodk Yes, you should be able to achieve this with ACL rules. Create an IP Group with those specific IPs, and then create an ACL rule that blocks all incoming traffic on your WAN from those IPs.

  @NeilR_M this is what I do at the moment. But I'm limited to 18 IpGroups and 16 Ip's in each group. So I ran out of spot to block more ip's.

  @rifodk

You can try allowing only a specific external IP to reach the LAN server while denying everything else by using an IP group set to “any.”

How to limit specific IP to access to internal server by TP-LINK SMB router
