Hello,

I have a full Omada setup with ER707-m2 and 2 EAP655. Some of my 2.4ghz devices, after 20 hours or so lose connectivity. On the controller still "seem" like they are online. To get them back I have to either restart the AP or change channel (from 6 to 11 or viceversa). I have turned off 2.4 on the second AP and have 2.4 only on the close by AP.

The devices in question are couple of camera, my ecobee thermostat and smart plugs.

what are some things I could be doing to help troubleshooting this?

thanks.

@PasLu Are both APs showing this issue? Are they meshed together or just in standalone? Also can you provide the firmware versions of all devices?

hi, yes both AP. As i mentioned I even turned off 2.4 on one AP and running it on a single AP. They are meshed together running both on 1.4.2 Build 20250319 Rel. 79341.

thanks
