Hi,

Just installed my first S210 light switch, really useful and works exactly as expected.

Would buy many more but need 1-gang 2-way and 2-gang 2-way switches, are there any plans to introduce 2-way switches to the range?

 

If the concern is the Tapo switch wouldn't know the on/off state of the light, introduce a small battery companion light sensor (a light sensitive battery powered device - add a light sensor to the S310) that could be fitted near the light to detect it's state.

 

But for my purposes a toggle action would be enough.

We have two 3-way switches available now, the Tapo S515D KIT and the Tapo S515. They're the 1-gang type. You may check if that meets your needs.

  @Wayne-TP those would be electrically suitable, except that I'm in the UK and they don't fit UK back boxes.

Because of that they're not available from the UK Tapo store or other suppliers in the UK.

Are there any plans to do UK versions of those?

Same physical dimensions as the S210?

  @BJa64  Product release plans vary by country and region, and unfortunately, we do not have any information on this matter. You may follow the local TP-Link official website, as it will be updated promptly with any new product releases.
