Model: Archer VR2100v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.18.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 241212 Rel.33974n

Hi everyone,

After updating to the above firmware version, I can no longer make DHCP reservations.
The fields are grayed out and have a watermark that says “Confidential Only for Test.”

I installed this upgrade because of unstable Internet connection behavior.

Best regards and thanks in advance,
Axel

Hello @VLTC ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know where did you get the beta firmware? This appears to be beta firmware provided by technical support or an engineer. Have you tried contacting them again to confirm the details of the firmware? Please reboot the modem for a try.

  @Joseph-TP

thx for your reply.

I didn't have any direct contact with a technician; I downloaded the firmware from the forum here.
Unfortunately, I can't find the specific thread anymore.
