I want to be able to reach the cloud service so I can replace my phone and have access to my switch,

 

I am in Thailand and getting "service not available in my country". when trying to login. I am connected to the switch with Android app. 

 

I see "Geofencing <beta>" is turned off, 

 

Edit: I think this may have been the cloud subscription service. 

 

Will be nice if I can upgrade to P110M without reconnecting to the local Wi-Fi, using the saved cloud settings.

I guess you're referring to the Kasa Care service? This is a paid service for Kasa cameras only. This service is not relevant to other types of products, including the geo-fencing feature.

 

Kasa devices are bound to your TP-Link account, you don't need to reconfigure them after changing a new phone. If you plan to buy some Tapo devices, you can use the Tapo app to manage both the Tapo and the Kasa devices.
