Policy Routing using Controller not working at all!!!

Model: ER7412-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have configuired many brands of firewall or routers like Cisco or Huawei, the UI or CLI maybe a little complicated than the Tplink UI. But all of them working properly.  Since I used the Tplink omada set for the new project, everything else is fine except the PBR.  It seems very clean and simple in the Web UI. But it doesnt work at all!!  Only one ISP is in using by tracerting.

Ive searched and read many articles. Seems all the solutions are to remove the Router  from the controller and configure it as standalone mode. My internet is working 7x24 hours, will the gateway be reset if i remove it from Omada Controller? I dont want a disconnetion of the Internet.

It has wasted me a lot of time, could anyone help?

  @ShaChuan

Thanks for posting here.

Policy routing is a fundamental and well-established feature—it will function properly as long as it’s configured correctly. And it will also work perfectly under controller mode.

Below is a config guide for your reference:

How to configure Policy Routing on Omada Gateway via Omada Controller

If it still does not work as you expected, please share with us some screenshots of the related configs, and how it works in your network. Thanks.

It's not entirely clear what you want to use policy routing for. Can you explain what you're going to route and how you've done it, preferably with some screenshots.

Yesterday

  @MR.S  Sorry,Im not in the site now. But the configuration should be pretty easy.

I have two ISP on WAN1 and WAN2,both working by ping on the ER router.

Two VLAN with two LAN IP segement.

#

Two Policy Routing items.

One is Segement A,the next hop is the ISP-1;

the other is Segment B, the next hop is the ISP-2.

Its pretty simple and clear, but why its just not working?

Already tried othere options like uncheck the back up, turn off the online detection all.

impossible to say why it doesn't work without seeing your config, I've used it myself, never noticed any problems with it.
