Hello,

I'm experiencing increasingly frequent brief internet outages on my Omada system.

Absolutely nothing was changed or added.
It's really annoying when the internet connection keeps dropping out.

That's what it looks like.
 

 

Can anything be deduced from this?

Thank you for your post. Have you upgraded the firmware recently? What firmware version are you currently running? You may also want to check with your ISP for any issues. From the log, it appears the WAN connection dropped between the device and the upstream side.

The router ER7206 v1.0 has the firmware v1.4.3.

 

I already contacted the ISP.

According to their technical department, there is absolutely no problem.

The technician also said that there are no problems or dropouts with the fiber optic connection, nor have there been.
It's strange why it's displayed like that in the log.
 

I observed the behavior a bit more.

I think the dropouts only occur on Wi-Fi.

At least I didn't notice anything unusual with the devices connected via LAN cable.

I did notice something unusual with the Wi-Fi devices.
I have one EAP245 and two EAP660HD in use.
The access point itself can be ruled out as the source of the problem, the dropouts are always present, regardless of which access point the end device is connected to.
 

I'm not really sure what I can do.

I'll just observe it for now... :)

If that’s the case, you can try reaching out to Support and have them help you troubleshoot the AP.Technical Support

The log appears to have been generated several days ago. You can continue monitoring to see if similar logs are still being produced.
