Hello @Newbie21

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

It seems the WAN/Internet connection between the C6 and your modem is not stable. It's suggested to follow the troubleshooting guide to fix it:

Troubleshooting: Unstable connection on the TP-Link router

If the suggestions don't help, please provide some details as follows:

1. Who is your ISP? What is the model of the modem that the C6 connects to?

2. Do you have a stable internet connection when connected a PC directly to the modem? If not, please contact your ISP or modem support to fix it first.

3. If the modem connection is stable, please email us (support.forum@tp-link.com) the whole system log on the C6, ensure it records the disconnect and reconnect behaviors.
