I have a Vigi NVR with 2 C340 Vigi Cameras.

 

When I receive a motion event notification in cellphone, i click to open and check it, but no play any video. But If I access to NVR in the app, I can see it, Need an SD to play motion notifications instantly? To avoid open NVR in app, go to the camera, scroll to the last motion video and reproduce it?

IPC and NVR store footage in different locations: IPC saves to its own SD card, while NVR saves to its internal hard drive.
Since you already have an NVR, there’s no need to add the IPC to your account separately; the channel under the NVR will still push notifications.

Could you provide a screenshot that shows when the video fails to play?
The firmware on your camera is outdated; please upgrade it to the latest version V2.2.0 Build 250904.
Also, what firmware version is your Vigi app running?

I get notifications, but When I open them, I cant see the event. unless I open the NVR in the app, go to the camera, and scroll down to the last event

This is normal; if you need to view directly from the camera, an SD card is required.
