Hi  @mechanic123

Thanks for the feedback.

What kind of clients are not displaying the IP addresses? Are the involved clients fixed ones, or random ones?

I've created a support ticket via your registered email address and escalated it to our support engineer to look into the issue. The ticket ID is TKID260109856. Please check your email box and ensure the support email is well received. Thanks!

I have the problem, that the IP-Address of the wired clients isn't showing (all switches are "smart" switches SG2...).

Also the connection port of these devices is wrong, so the topology is wrong as well.

I am not sure, since when this behaviour started, but with omada controller v5.x everything was fine and correct.

Any advice how to solve this issue?

Thanks.

Hi  @268BBA

That likely isn’t caused by this pre-release firmware.

I think you should start a new thread to discuss your specific situation separately. Please provide details such as your device model, screenshots of the client list, and information about the affected client types. Thank you.

Now that you mention it, I have the same issue with clients connected to my ES220GMP switch.

  @Vincent-TP

Thank you for getting in touch with my issue.

I answered all questions in the Ticket-E-Mail.

The clients are different ones, such as PCs, Raspberry Pis, Hue Bridge, ...

The clients have all dhcp reservation bound IPs. So no random ones.

I can access all clients with the defined IP-Address, so the network seems to work properly beside the mentioned issue of not showing IP addresses and wrong topology.

  @Vincent-TP I apologize if I am missing something, but I do have ARP enabled on this network.  Should it work?
