VX230v | VOIP call drops after 15m 32s.... Session Expire Timeout setting?

I have a customer using the VX230v router. They have an issue where oubound calls to various numbers are disconnecting after precisely 15m 32s according to our CDR log.
We've tried factory resetting/reconfiguring the customer's router, but the issue persists. No issues with the internet connection itself, that appears stable.
I've seen a similar issue with another brand/model (NetComm NF10WV), where there's an advanced setting called "Session Expire Timeout" which is defaulted to 1800s and causes calls to drop after 30mins (29m 27s to be exact) - we just get the customer to add another 0 on the end. This seems to be an almost identical situation.
Closest setting I've found is "Session Expire Timeout", but this is set to 3600s as per the default, so I don't think it's this.
Any ideas? Is there a missing setting somewhere?
