Cannot update frimware on OC300 controller

Dear All, I need some help.
I want to upgrade an OC300 controller but the device doesn't want to do an update.
When I click on " Check for Upgrade" I get the message 
When I try to do an Manual Upgrade with an BIN file like this one : OC300v1_un_1.19.3_20230906_rel38429_up.bin
the system starts to update but is never able to complete it.
I get this message :
When I choose upgrade:
After while it gets back to the previous pop-up and nothing happened at all.
Can someone help me out?

Thanks for posting here.
To verify, the current firmware is 1.17.0, and you are trying to upgrade to 1.19.3, right?
Please try updating with a different web browser, if possible, try with a different PC and see if the same situation.
