Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.8 Build 20250731 rel.60987(5553)

Dear Team,

I have a ZTE modem that provides the internet connection.
Connected to it, I have an AX72 router that handles the wireless signal.

On the ZTE (from the ISP), Wi-Fi is disabled.

Every day between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM, both wired and wireless internet drop. However, when I test the ZTE, the internet connection is working normally.

I’ve already tried changing the port on the ZTE, but the issue persists daily.

To restore connectivity, I need to restart the AX72.
When I connect via cable to the AX72, it receives an IP address but cannot access the internet, and its management interface also becomes inaccessible.

Device details:
AX72 V1 – Firmware: 1.2.8 Build 20250731 rel.60987(5553)

Log entry:
01:13 – This was the time I restarted the device.

Hello  @Tgoafarias ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ZTE modem—Archer AX72)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Have you enabled parental controls on the modem or the Archer AX72? It's possible that parental controls limited the Network sharing during this period. You can check it via going to Advanced > Parental Controls and disable Parental Controls.

If possible, take a hard reset may help: Press and hold the RESET button for about 6 seconds until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.
