Model: PGW2440 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20250826 Rel.50806 (EU)

hi everybody

today i've upgraded my pgw2440v1 (eu/italy) adapter firmware  to ver 1.1.0 Build 20250826 Rel.50806 (EU)
and i suddenly started having troubles:

then powerline link is continously instable: every  ~3mins roughly the link disconnects and after 20 secs (almost) it resumes back for further 2-3mins

nb: after having upgraded the firmware i obviously  performed factory reset on both  pgw2440v1 and master-adapter pg2440p

so, regretting what i did, i decided to roll-back to the  previous working firmware (ver. 1.0.4 Build 20240830 Rel.67970 (EU)) which never gave me troubles

i downloaded the zip file, i extracted the bin file ....but

unfortunately, the device does not let me to DOWNGRADE to a previous (in this case, working and stable) firmware version than the one onboard now

is there a way to do this? i want to get my device back working like before

thanks

Hello @mjib3 ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know what the status of your powerline adapters is now?

As the release note of 1.1.1: This firmware cannot be degraded to the previous version.

Have u tried to contact Local Technical Support for help?
