I have subscribed for homeshield's security+ and it was working fine until now. Since yesterday under homeshield tab in tether ios app it's showing all three functions are turned off and there is no option to turn it back ON. Even if I select the homeshield subscription again for the network it says successful and loads up the shield fully but then again it's displaying as turned off. The spot where usual "Turn On" is present has been replaced with Learn More. How do I fix this?
