High ping spikes on LAN When WI-FI is enabled || Archer C6 V4

I am getting 300 to 1000ms spikes on 192.168.0.1 randomly on LAN.
This happens when WiFi is enabled (2.4ghz or 5ghz) and when i disable WiFi, it stops spiking and stays between 0.5 to 3ms

I have tried upgrading/ downgrading firmware, tried different Ethernet cables, factory reset.

It does not matter whether 1 device is connected or 10, These spikes only stops when WIFI is disable.
