Model: OC200   EAP225
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.38.10 Build 20260117 Rel.60495

I made a post about a problem with my Wi-Fi network and discovered that my EAP225 v3 and v4 devices with firmware 5.1.11 are not finding updates through the Omada Controller, even though some are available.

I click on "Check for Update" and nothing appears, Even though the website has more recent firmware versions.

This problem also happens with the EAP245(US) v3.0, EAP110-Outdoor(US) v3.0 and EAP115(US) v4.0. I know we can do the updates manually, but imagine doing that with multiple APs and Omada sites.

In the case of the EAP245(US) v3.0, the situation is even worse than with other EAPs, as the latest firmware is not available on the TP-LINK Brazil website. How can this be?

New firmware versions are available on the American website, not the Brazilian website.

Hi  @Bug_do_Ti

Thanks for the feedback.

This is usually because the official website in your region/country has not uploaded these firmware updates, causing the controller to fail to recognize them. I have reported this issue internally to the relevant personnel. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
