When using wifi the ST George banking app has stopped working, it works when I turn off wifi and use cellular but as soon as I turn wifi back on it stops working again. The same thing is happening with the sports bet app.

Hi, welcome to the community。

Have you subscribed to any HomeShield services, such as "Advanced Parental Control" and "Security+"?

-If yes, it is also recommended to temporarily disable "Web protection" to see whether it made any difference.

-And you can also check whether the mobile phone has been added to any Parental Control profiles with preset "Web Filters".

I am not subscribed to any additional security packages and I am not in any parental control profiles. I have noticed my Westpac banking app also does not work through wifi on my deco but it works via cellular and on wifi networks at other locations. So my Deco system is the only location these apps are not working at

Did the issue start recently?

May I know your internet service provider?

-Is there also an ISP-provided router in front of the main Deco XE75?

 

It is also recommended to set the IPV4 WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4:

By the way, would there be any error message when these apps fail to work?

hi, it only started in the last week or two, there is no router. I am using Exetel as my isp with NBN fibre to the premise
