It won't affect.
The current WireGuard VPN setup allows communication between two sites, essentially operating as a site-to-site connection, which is why we classify it this way.
You can still configure the WireGuard VPN client normally as you did before.

Which router and which firmware version do you have on the router? you must have router firmware that supports Omada version 6.2
