Hello @Peyek444788 ,

Welcome to our community.

A red or blinking red internet light indicates that the router has lost internet access from your ISP. Let's work through these troubleshooting steps to restore your connectivity:
1. Verify your ISP connection:
Disconnect your router from the modem, and connect your PC directly to the modem to verify the internet connection from your ISP is working properly.
2. Reboot both devices in the correct order:
Power off both your modem and router. Then power on the router first and wait until it's fully powered on. After that, turn on the modem
3. Change DNS servers:
Log in to your router's web management interface (http://tplinkwifi.net), navigate to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and change the DNS servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
4. Clone your PC's MAC address (if needed):
If your PC can access the internet when connected directly to the modem, but the router still cannot, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > MAC Clone to clone your PC's MAC address. For detailed instructions, please refer to this FAQ: How to do MAC Address Clone?

If these steps don't help, it is recommended to contact Local Support for further assistance.
