Hello @Wolfhaven1 ,
Welcome to our community.
Please try the following steps:
1. Install or Reinstall the Driver
- Visit https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/ and search for "TG-3468".
- Select your hardware version, then download the appropriate driver under the Driver section. If no Windows 11 driver is available, download the Windows 10 x64 driver instead.
- Extract the downloaded file and run "Setup.exe" to install.
2. If the driver installation itself is failing, try these additional steps:
• Make sure your operating system is compatible with the adapter: Whether my Network adapter is compatible with my computer
• Temporarily uninstall any antivirus software and disable the firewall on your computer.
• Try installing the driver in Safe Mode: How to get into Windows safe mode
• Try manually installing the adapter: How to Manually Install Your TP-Link Adapter Driver on Windows 10 and 11
• If possible, test the adapter on a different computer to rule out a hardware failure.
