Hi @Brinistico
Thanks for reaching out to TP-Link Business Forums.
May I confirm what's the exact status of the EAP after "being reset"?
Did the SSID setup by yourself disappear?
What's the SSID it would broadcast after a reset? Does it match with that one on the label, which usually starts with TP-Link_2.4GHz_xxxx?
Did you or someone click on the "Reset"? You might setup a more complex password to prevent others from connecting to your WiFi.

BTW, this EAP is still running on an old firmware. You may manually upgrade to the latest one: EAP110-Outdoor | 300Mbps Wireless N Outdoor Access Point | Omada Network Support

@Gabriel-TP
Thanks for your reply...
- EAP after self "reset" get into a "like new" status...
- SSID setup by myrself disappear
- SSID after reset goes to something that starts with TP-Link_2.4GHz_xxxx
- No one pressed "Reset" button or command. I am the onlyone that knows the password and no people has access to the place where it is installed. My wifi password is complex
- Only one device connects to this EAP, is a ring video door bell.
Thanks for recommending on going to a new firmware. I just instaled latest firmware today.....I will keep monitoring on the behaviour.
Thanks and best regards.

Hi @Brinistico
Could you please login to the EAP's GUI and navigate to Management > System Log and check if it warns AP being reset?
Please keep us update if you still have any issue after the firmware upgrade.

@Gabriel-TP
After the "self reset" everything is gone!! no configurations, no logs remain.
After firmware updated, I a still monitoring.
I will let you know if there is any improvement
thanks and best regards

Also, the EAP110 unit was able to reset itself via a button on the supplied power injector, so if you have a bad cable or crimp in your setupt then you might be mimicking the 'factory reset' sequence that can be achieved this way. Alternatively a bad injector could also cause this problem, so try a different power source.
