Hello @mohlondon ,

To help narrow this down, the troubleshooting steps differ depending on what the extender's LEDs do at the moment the connection drops:
Scenario 1: Signal, 2.4G, and 5G LEDs turn OFF when the extender disconnects
1. Make sure the extender's Wi-Fi name is different from your router's Wi-Fi name.
2. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
3. Reposition the extender for optimal signal strength (refer to: How to Place Your TP-Link Wi-Fi Extender for the Best Signal and Performance).
4. On your main router, set the 2.4GHz channel to 1, 6, or 11, and the 5GHz channel to Band 1 (channels 36–48).
Scenario 2: Signal, 2.4G, and 5G LEDs stay ON when the extender disconnects
1. Make sure the extender's Wi-Fi name is different from your router's Wi-Fi name.
2. Confirm that your main router maintains a stable internet connection on its own.
3. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
Please check which scenario matches your situation and try the corresponding steps. Since you've already done multiple resets and the firmware appears to be recent, pay special attention to the Wi-Fi name conflict check and the router channel settings, as these are common causes of intermittent drops.
