Changed ISP
I have install Deco Mesh AX 1800 2 years ago. I have changed ISP from Sky copper to EE fibre. EE installed a new router and the Deco connected to the old router name automatically and wifi worked. However the Mbps is much lower. EE say that we are getting good signal to the router but they cant see any devices conneted. Do I need to do something in the Deco App to connect to the new router?

Hi,
In the Deco network, the main Deco should be connected to the router by an ethernet cable. If your main Deco is still connected to the old router, please connect it to the new router, and check if it works.
You can try rebooting the new router, then rebooting the main Deco if the main Deco does not work, and then test whether the Deco works.
If the main Deco still does not work, it's recommended to factory reset the main Deco and satellite Deco, then reconfigure them in the Deco app.
Note: If you do not have the configuration details(such as internet connection, username, password, etc.), please contact your ISP before configuring the Deco.

@IvanSpuddy If you have moved to EE Fibre you do not need to use the EE Router at all. What you can do instead is connect the Ethernet cable from your main deco directly into the ONT box (This will be a small white box that was installed onto your wall). In the Deco you will need to make sure you have the following set:
1. In More > Advanced > Operation Mode its set to Wi-Fi Router
2. In More > Internet Connection > Internet Settings > IPv4 > Internet Connection Type - Set this to PPoE the Username is "bthomehub@btbroadband.com" and the password is "BT"
3. In More > Internet Connection > Internet Settings > IPv6 > Internet Connection Type - Same as IPV4, the Assigned Type is SLAAC+RDNSS
This should give you direct connectivity into the EE network without the EE Router. Note you must keep the EE router becuase if you have any service issues they will want to troubleshoot using their own router.
