Type: Dual-band ONT Router with VoIP

Wi-Fi: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz

Ports: LAN ports, phone (VoIP) port, and fiber optic input

This is my wifi router model name and number and I am not able to connect the extender.

It was connected but showing internet not available 

Please help me out

Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve this:

Before starting, check these general items:
1. Test your router's internet by connecting another device directly to your router's Wi-Fi. If that device also has no internet, the issue is with your router/ISP connection, not the extender.
2. Check if your router has MAC filtering or Access Control (Whitelist/Blacklist) enabled — if so, disable it, as it can block the extender from accessing the internet.
3. Power cycle both your router and extender to refresh the connection.
