OC300 working CPU temperature
OC300 working CPU temperature
What is standard working CPU temperature of OC300 v1.0?
Mine is working at ~62 °C (chassis temp is ~35 °C) and I would like to confirm that's normal or not (I feel something is wrong).
At the same time and location my ER7412-M2 has CPU temp. at barely 42 °C.

That's what my post answers.
The operating temperature does not refer to the CPU temperature. It's about the installation environment temperature.
So the current CPU temperature is normal = fine = ok, as long as the OC is still functioning well,

I have 2 OC300
The one in a rack with a lot of airflow reports operating temp of around 36c
The one in my living room on a shelf operates around 55-65 depending on the room temp, and has been working fine like this, its nothing to be concerned about. CPUs are generally fine operating at up to 80c all day every day, and the CPU would throttle itself if it became too hot.
