Firmwareupdate for TP-PL8030P

Hello,
I'd like to ask for a firmware update for the TP-PL8030P adapters which is based on the latest or a more recent *.nvm file.
Background:
As far as I know, all 1200 or 1300 Mbit/s powerline adapter are using the same chipset from Qualcomn (QCA7500).
TP-Link is also selling the TP-PL8010P adapters which are similar to the 8030 adapters except they lack two lan ports.
The lastest firmware for the 8030 adapters is from 28/03/16 while the lastet firmware for the 8010 adapters is from 18/08/16 (Day / Month / Year).
The firmware file of a QCA7500 adapter consists of two files.
The first file is the *.nvm file which is the firmware for the chipset provided by Qualcomn.
The second file is a *.pib file (parameter information block) which stores parameter information (MAC-address, tone-map (which frequencies should be used with which power), ...) and is adjusted by the producer of the adapter (TP-Link).
The new firmware of the 8010 adapter has the following nvm file: MAC-7500-v2.2.2-00-X-CS.nvm .
The latest firmware of the 8030 adapter has only the following nvm file: MAC-7500-v2.0.0-05-X-CS.nvm .
As you can see there is quite a big version jump from one chipset firmware to the other.
With a new firmware I hope to get improved performance and stability, therefore I'd like to have a new firmware for the 8030 adapter which is based on at least the MAC-7500-v2.2.2-00-X-CS.nvm .
Devolo also sells 1200 Mbit/s adapters on the German market and they claim that an firmware update (with NVM 2.2.x ...) boosts performance by 20% (though I do not know if that's true or whether they have adjusted anything else like the tone map).
PS: I tried to crossflash firmware : Using the firmware from the 8010 adapters or a combination of the new nvm with the pib from the 8030 adapter but I could not flash the firmware.

Hello,
Can you make 2.2.2-00 firmware for WPA-8630P ?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, I don't own the WPA-8630P.

Except for the socket type, there no hardware difference between the EU-UK-US version.
The firmware posted is based upon the v2 EU version 170511 ( schuko socket ) and should be universal since the chipset are the same.
Also, someone on another thread, right above this one, posted an official link for that 2.2.3 V1 beta firmware release, no changes, but the manifest has a newer USER string ( build date 170616 ).
You could give it a try to keep the warranty and support if any issue appear.

It is necessary to physically access the device ?
Can you explain how to do it myself ?

The main device, the one with the WiFi capabilities run a customized version of ecos or something and there should be an available official update already, I don't know if tplink has any GPL code for build that at this time., so building it from scratch could become truly time consuming.
If you are referring to the bridged device, dunno, you should read on the sticker the type first.
It could be a 8010 v1 if it has just one port and for that, or any similar device it is possible to port a newer firmware based on any available device running the same chipset in no time.

Yes, it is possible to port a newer firmware for it, but, for at least 2 months I won't be able to do it.

8010P europe version does have an official firmware built on Qualcomm's release 2.2.2.

I have two 8015P V1 (8010P hardware) with 8010P 2.2.2 firmware, and a WPA8635P V1 (WPA8630P hardware) with 2.0.0 firmware.
I can confirm that powersaving is not functionnal with 2.2.2 firmware, but give me more than the twice (!) theorical bandwidth (~700mb/s vs ~300mb/s) in tpPLC.
There is no official 2.2.2 firmware for WPA8630P, but 2.0.0 only.
http://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/TL-WPA8630P(EU)_V1_160606.zip
The official archive contain CLP part : "TL-WPA8630P_160225.pib" and "MAC-7500-v2.0.0-05-X-CS.nvm"

Perhaps we are accessing a different kind of archive.
I'm on mobile, so, I can't ascertain for sure without losing half day. Thing is: the link you posted has a binary file within and the content of it recall a posix structure.
If the device has one Qualcomm chipset you need to dump it's configuration to prepare the chipset firmware update.
I don't have access to such PIB file and I don't own the device, I don't even know if the device has a Qualcomm chipset.

Sorry i have posted wrong link, this is the good link (with .bin, .pib and .nvm) :
http://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/TL-WPA8635P_KIT(FR)_V1_160603.zip
The device seem to have multiple chipset, the PLC chipset is probably a QCA7500 acording to this wiki : https://wikidevi.com/wiki/TP-LINK_TL-WPA8630P and hexedit of "TL-WPA8630P_160225.pib".
I can try to dump the pib directly to the device if necessary.

OK, there a PIB, that's all you need.
Does the tplink utility embedded within the archive I posted find the chipset?
