I got me an TL-R480T

Now, I have 2 different fibers going in and I would like to have access to 1 of my fiber operators webpages, with out turning of the load-balancing. Now is there any way to set so specific URL only go to 1 of the fibers of my choice, the operator blocks any other traffic from other operators to there back end system.

Any one got a good idea how to do that (I am a newbee and dont have a clue about this.)
