I'm a beginner at Access points and bought a couple of access points for my home but cannot get the EAP225 to batch adopt. It says batch adopt will take a few minutes and to click refresh to see the status. I've waited several hours but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you might have typed wrong username/password of EAP225, thus they will not be able to be adopted by EAP controller, and nothing will happen as you see.
So please double check the username/password of your EAP225, if you don't know what it's, you can do a hardware reset and then it will be admin/admin by default.

hello guys, i set the access point, first time connecting, after update firmware don't connecting.

i have error but i put right username and password

 

 

failed sent adopt

Notice: The device which was managed by others will not be adopted.
