Unable to connect 2 EAP 245 to the controller sofware

Hey,
I bought 2 EAP245 devices this week and tried to install them trough the controller software.
Both devices are working perfect and I have downloaded and installed the software controller version 2.4.7.
If I want to "adopt" the devices (using password admin - admin) they go from "pending" to "provisioning".
After a few minutes they are "disconnected".
I do not manage to connect them with the software.
I tried both devices together and seperate without results.
I even tried with hard resets en uninstalling and installing the software.What could be the cause of the problem.?Thanks for your advice..
