Product Feature: Fast PoE, Perpetual PoE

Some of our L2 Managed Switches received new hardware versions that add one or more of the following features.
Fast PoE allows the switch to power on devices without waiting for the switch’s operating system to fully boot. Hardware versions included: Want to learn more about PoE? Check our knowledgebase for an article describing PoE, or check out one of the new models by clicking the buttons below!
Perpetual PoE provides power to devices across switch reboots — great for ensuring your IP cameras have uninterrupted recordings.
Dying Gasp allows a switch to send an alert to the monitoring system just before a power failure, using hardware capacitors to briefly delay the full shutdown.
