Hi, I bought the Omada AC1350 EAP225 Access point to increase the range of my home network, I have wired the access point and connected it to the LAN port of my router using the POE injector. I followed the instruction and connected my laptop to the EAP by using the default SSID ''TP-Link_2.4GHz/5Ghz_XXXXXX) but when I tried to open a web browser and go to http://tplinkeap.net to configure the access point it says that the site can't be reached.

Can someone help me configure it?

@philb1192

Hey

Rather than trying to access the http://tplinkeap.net   URL try accessing the device directly via IP Address and that might work for you

You should be able to get the IP address via a scanner (advanced Ip Scanner or something similar) or via your router (see what address it handed out)

I never use the http://tplinkeap.net  as I find its not reliable in some setups.

Dear @philb1192,

It's also recommended to use the Omada App to setup the standalone EAP. Refer to this setup video.
