I had noticed this myself, but strangely it also doesnt enable the rate limit (screen below) therefore although its custom, its not enable so technically its OFF.  The default setting is Unlimited Unlimited which itself is OFF also.   

 

It is strange it now defaults to custom, but appears to have no difference from the default setting.

 

Yes i noticed the checkbox's are not enabled, but since changing it to "default" I have noticed much more stability with sensitive devices such as a security camera. Phones and laptops have not been affected.

 

Its just a weird thing that should be fixed.

Must have a look myself at my CCTV cameras, howeve cant say i have noticed any effects on them
