Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.14.2 Build 20211215 Rel. 61111

Where is the setting on the OC200 to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) once upgraded to the 5.0.29/1.14.2 firmware? I can't seem to find it - thanks.

After you login the Omada Cloud with your TP-Link ID, navigate to Settings in the bottom left corner, you will see Security menu to enable 2FA as picture below.
