Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I've got a working mesh network using a cloud based controller. These were adopted to the controller by the vendor (broadbandbuyer). I've now purchased two more, and am trying to link these, but they don't appear as "pending" for more than about 3 seconds. All of the instructions and support cases i can find relate to hardware controllers.

No support teams have been able to help as it's a Saturday; this is for a charity event tomorrow!

  @Virgo

Weirdly half of the options required to do this aren't in my controller interface. I've got no "Add Devices" under Devices, no my cbc... I'm wondering if the vendor I've used has deployed the standard software controller in a virtualised environment?

What firmware version are the 225's that work vs those that don't?
