May I know the detailed firmware version (the Build Number) of your ER605 V2?
Did you reboot the ER605 before the issue start to occur?
How many clients are failed to obtain IP addresses in your network now?
Do you have DHCP Address Reservation (or Fixed IP address) configured on your Controller?

1. Build Number: 20230210
2. There is a daily scheduled reboot of the ER605
3. The issue was already there ever since I started the system few months ago.
4. Usually, I have over 10 clients who failed to obtain IP Addresses.
5. I don't have DHCP Address reservation
6. I have fix IP addresses for OC200, ER605 and the APs (EAP610-OUTDOOR)

Thank you for your reply. For the clients who failed to obtain IP addresses, would they actually have obtained IP addresses but just that the IP address is not displayed on the Omada Controller correctly? Or if they do fail to obtain IP address, what would you do to make them obtain IP address finally, would they obtain IP address automatically after some time?
Do you have VLAN configured on your wireless network? If yes, could you please describe how the VLAN is configured and which VLAN network the clients who failed to obtain IP addresses are connected? Is there any difference between the working clients and non-working clients?

1. They are connected but no Internet
2. I can not figure out if they have IP Address on their devices bec. I have over 4,000 customers in public school.
3. As of now, I just ignore the problem because I don't know yet the solution.
4. I have a VLAN setup applied to SSID as illustrated below.
5. My network is open/ready for remote access from your end if you want.
