Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20220310 Rel.73883

I have 4 units of they are working in a network consists of other Omada managed switches and router. The problem that I'm facing with this particular model is that after it works for few days, if i need to restart a POE port or even restart the switch itself, it does not respond to the Web UI command. I tried to access it also by Smart Mamagement Utility, but no difference, i still cannot perform the reboot using the software neither the Web UI. I'm wondering if someone faced such issue before and how did you solve it.

If you can rule out the chance that your browser causing this issue, you may check if there is any new firmware for it. If no, you can probably contact the support team for further RMA-related details. Might be a corrupted firmware or a bad switch.
