I want to access our EPBX(matrix sarvam) machine from out side our office. From inside office we are able to access in on 192.168.0.254.Have tried one to one NAT but it didnt working. please help

This needs port forwarding. You can refer to this link to set up the port forwarding: How to set up Port Forwarding feature on TP-Link SMB Router (new UI)

 

If your port forwarding is not working, refer to Troubleshooting Virtual Services on the Router Doesn't Take Effect
