Controller: 5.13.22 - docker

UPnP enabled on correct interfaces (WAN: fixed public IP and all internal networks - for testing purposes)

Insights->Port Forwarding Status->UPnP shows over 100 redirects with 0 packets and 0 bytes.

IDS/IPS off, DPI off, Attack Defense off.

Still - UPnP doesn't work...

Yealink W60B, PoE: I can establish VoIP connection both ways - but that's all, no sound further. The same situation is with WhatsApp on different devices.

Any ideas where to search for the problem source? Firmware maybe?

1. Where is the document that relates the UPnP and no sound and Whatsapp together? Can you find one for me? Yealink says no sound issue would come from the UPnP or port not working.?

2. Is this a P2P connection that requires the port to be open?

3. Have you Wireshark for the protocol used in this situation?

This seems to be unrelated to the router. Our test team read your post and did not think this might be an issue with the router. If you'd like to further discuss this, reply to my thread and provide maybe config or Wireshark results.
