Hellow,
I have a problem with my voip gate C530 IP. The gate is connect to the router and I hve a conection to my VoIP provider, the problem is when I call to my VoIP home numer I hear the voice one way. I turn off the SIP AGL i try open the port 5060 UDP and range of ports for RTP 10000-20000 but steal dont work.
Please help me.

No I steal have a problem , I have 2 models R605 V2 and V1 , I have a problem with RTP PORT range 10000-20000

If a second router is behaving the same, please send your network diagram and mark the IP address in the diagram. I am convinced that this might not be a problem with the router but with your provider or your config.
Do you have any issues with the previous router? Router model and config, do you still keep them?
