EAP110 blocking access to some apps

I have had three EAP110's set up for a couple of years with no issue. In the last few months I have found that some apps that previously worked now appear to be blocked. HSBC banking apps now just hang at startup and also does Clash of Clans. If I connect to my mobile connection they work fine, and if I also connect directly to my routers WiFi they also work.

 

Is there some way I can find out why the EAP110's have started blocking certain traffic and then fix the issue?

By chance, have you looked at your DNS servers?  Try using Google or Cloudfare?

The EAP110 doesnt have any built in blocking or restriction features so its likely something else..   As suggested below check your DNS settings and swop to google or quad 9 (i use quad 9)

 

Also.. the eap110 is an older device now and running on 2.4ghz which is notoriously congested, could result in a slow connection or un-reliable delivery and that is it.  Try changing channels and see if it improves.
