SFP+ WAN1 Configuration error

Hi all,
I'm attempting to configure the static IP address for SFP+ WAN for the Router ER8411. However, every time I enter the IP address, I get an error message saying, "The entered IP address is a broadcast address or a network address."
Have you ever encountered this issue, or could you guide me on how to configure it? Is it works with a /31 IP address configuration.

So, take this as an example.
10.0.0.1 is the broadcast IP, reserved. 10.0.0.0 is the network address. There is no usable IP left for hosts. 2/2.
