Hi,

Is there an Omada wifi access point that supports vlans for the wired ethernet ports ?

I have a situation where I have out buildings that cannot be cabled but are in WiFi range, needing CCTV but also normal WiFi so looking to use an Omada AP  that can have an SSID for general internet access but also an SSID that can pass through to the ethernet port.

Regards

EAP615-wall recently became 'meshable' AND has 3 auxilliary GigE ports that can be VLAN tagged. This allows you to wireless bridge (via the Omada mesh which needs an Omada controller) those outbuildings back to a wired root AP at the main, and directly connect up to 3 cabled devices, including another AP. One port even has POE available if the device is powered via POE+ injector. If you don't require a physical ethernet connection, then all Omada APs allow you to map subnets/VLANs to SSIDs. So PC joins USERS and gets IP from subnet1, TV joins TV and gets IP from subnet2, both of which have different tags.
