Issue with notifications and recordings

Event-Triggered recording
ISSUE #1:
Notification for Motion detection is sometimes not sent when motion is detected, or
Notification received, but when trying to view it, after VIGI app is opened, no notification exists
Recordings exist for that events and i can view them in VIGI app
ISSUE #2:
When trying to view recordings on NVR web interface, only 1st recording od the day plays for 4 seconds, than it freezes.
After that clicking on any recording on the timeline doesn't play it.
Clicking some other date again plays first recording of that day for 4 seconds than it freezes, and again all recordings for that day cannot be played.
