Model: SG2218P
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The TP-Link site says the TL-SG2218P is EOL: https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/omada-sdn-switch/tl-sg2218p/ and the SG2218P is new: https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/omada-switch-smart/sg2218p/

Are these actually two different models, or just a rename to remove the TL prefix? The only one I can find at my suppliers is the TL-SG2218P, and I want to make sure I'm not buying an EOL product.

Thanks!

https://d.sb/ My setup: 10Gbps fiber internet, ER8411, 2 x EAP670, Mikrotik CRS312-4C+8XG-RM, Omada software controller in Docker.

Hi @Dan15

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You can use two links: JetStream Series Upgraded to Omada Series

I see that the firmware has upgraded the model name based on your provided links. I think they are the same.

To make sure, you can check the EOL list: TP-Link End of Life Products

Make sure of the hardware versions when checking the lists.
