Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.6

Any time I add a new port forwarding rule the router drops the internet connection for about 10 seconds, which drops all VoIP calls that might be happening at the time.  Is this normal?  Other routers I've used in the past I've been able to alter most settings/route information without it dropping service.

Hi @PaulSloman

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

It should apply to the NAT service and relaunch the service so the connection drops for a second.

Hi @PaulSloman

As I just consulted with the dev, this one will be considered as a logic optimization in the future firmware update.
